The size of an individual butter portion depends on the shape selected. Our Butterball® Butter Premium Balls, for example, are 0.25 oz each, while our butter medallions range from 0.228 oz to 1 oz each.
It depends on the shape. Premium Balls come in resealable, gusseted bags, and our roses and rosettes sit in their own compartments so they arrive picture-perfect instead of nicked in transit. Individually wrapped pats are available in bulk. Everything stores frozen, which saves you fridge space and keeps each piece fresh until service.

Salted butter has salt added for flavor and a slightly longer shelf life, while unsalted butter gives you full control over seasoning — ideal for finishing sauces, soups, and roux. We offer both.
