The size of an individual butter portion depends on the shape selected. Our Butterball™ Butter Premium Balls, for example, are 0.25 oz each, while our butter medallions range from 0.228 oz to 1 oz each.
It depends on the shape. Premium Balls come in resealable, gusseted bags, and our roses and rosettes sit in their own compartments so they arrive picture-perfect instead of nicked in transit. Individually wrapped pats are available in bulk. Everything stores frozen, which saves you fridge space and keeps each piece fresh until service.
